As long as your order has not entered production, we will be happy to help you make any necessary changes.

We cannot change anything once your order has entered production.

We would be sorry to see you go but if, for any reason you wish to cancel your order you are able to do so within 14 days from your order being placed. This is your "cooling-off-period". Please note that this does not apply if we have already started creating your order
